What You'll Do11
- 1Greet patients delivering 5 Star Customer Service
- 2Enter accurate patient information into the EHR system
- 3Assist with patient paperwork completion
- 4Scan update and file medical records
- 5Answer phone calls promptly and politely
- 6Handle cash and payments responsibly
- 7Provide excellent customer service during every interaction
- 8Notify clinic managers of waiting room wait times and patient inquiries
- 9Maintain a clean and organized medical records area
- 10Support clinical operations through administrative tasks
- 11Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient experiences
Requirements11
- 1Up-to-date Medical License as an EMT Medical Assistant CNA LPN or Paramedic
- 25+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 3Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills
- 4Detail-oriented team player with strong computer proficiency
- 5Experience in high-volume service environments preferred
- 6Phlebotomy skills considered an advantage
- 7Familiarity with AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification
- 8Proficiency in React and Kubernetes development
- 9Knowledge of CPC Card standards
- 10Understanding of BCBA certification requirements
- 11Ability to thrive in a fast-paced results-driven environment
