Clinical Research RN II
Overview
Lead clinical research activities at Moffitt Cancer Center by coordinating new protocols and patient enrollment. Serve as primary resource for protocols delivering direct patient care and education. Act as liaison between investigators and sponsors while ensuring regulatory compliance.

- 1Design and execute study-specific interventions to support trial objectives
- 2Screen enroll eligible participants and maintain accurate documentation
- 3Deliver patient education and counseling throughout trial participation
- 4Coordinate with investigators and regulatory specialists to ensure protocol adherence
- 5Maintain comprehensive regulatory files and adverse event reporting
- 6Track subject accruals and monitor protocol compliance
- 7Serve as communication bridge between research teams and stakeholders
- 8Perform ongoing assessments of participant progress and outcomes
- 9Implement standardized data collection methods aligned with federal guidelines
Requirements8
- 1BSN from ACEN or CCNE accredited program with current Florida RN license
- 2Five years direct research nursing experience with two years in clinical research roles
- 3Proficiency with EHR systems and clinical documentation tools
- 4Understanding of Good Clinical Practices and FDA regulations
- 5Ability to obtain NPDB clearance for licensure
- 6Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 7Experience with multi-disciplinary healthcare teams
- 8Commitment to patient-centered care in oncology settings
