What You'll Do9
- 1Design and administer validated psychological assessments using Psychological Testing software
- 2Interpret complex test results to develop comprehensive treatment plans
- 3Provide individualized therapy sessions focusing on cognitive and emotional development
- 4Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care across specialties
- 5Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records
- 6Lead community outreach initiatives to expand service accessibility
- 7Implement evidence-based interventions tailored to diverse client needs
- 8Conduct research to improve assessment methodologies
- 9Train new hires on testing protocols and ethical standards
Requirements11
- 15+ years experience conducting psychological evaluations
- 2Ph.D. or Psy.D. degree from an accredited program
- 3Active license in Tennessee
- 4Proficiency with Neuropsychological Assessment tools
- 5Certification in School Psychology preferred
- 6Experience working with children adolescents and adults
- 7Strong knowledge of Standardized Testing principles
- 8Excellent communication skills for client and stakeholder interactions
- 9Familiarity with HIPAA Compliance regulations
- 10Ability to operate Case Management Systems
