Clinical Educator IVF Coordinator
Overview
The RN will own and deliver patient care using the nursing process while supporting new hires through onboarding and competency training. This role drives clinical excellence across IVF services and fosters a collaborative environment.

- 1Develop and lead onboarding programs for clinical staff
- 2Create competency-based training plans for PCCs and IVF coordinators
- 3Assess clinical skills via observation and documentation
- 4Produce educational materials and workflow guides
- 5Coordinate continuing education and competency assessments
- 6Provide coaching and mentorship to clinical team members
- 7Partner with leadership on educational needs and improvements
- 8Cross-train staff to enhance flexibility and stability
- 9Align education with evidence-based practices and accreditation standards
- 10Lead technology implementation for clinical workflows
- 11Act as primary point of contact for call-outs and schedule adjustments
- 12Serve as clinical resource and subject matter expert
- 13Promote teamwork and accountability in patient care
- 14Participate in quality improvement and process optimization
- 15Maintain accurate patient documentation and ensure compliance
- 16Collaborate with physicians and departments on patient care initiatives
Requirements10
- 15+ years reproductive endocrinology experience
- 23-5 seasons clinical practice
- 3CPC Card certification
- 4AWS Certified cloud architecture knowledge
- 5BCBA credential
- 65+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 7RN license from Georgia
- 8Proven ability to mentor and coach clinical staff
- 9Familiarity with EMR systems
- 10Strong written and verbal communication skills
