Overview
Own outpatient dialysis care for end-stage renal disease patients at scale within a fast paced, team oriented clinic. Lead treatment, guide clinical staff, and uphold the highest safety standards. Build long term relationships with patients and families while ensuring compassionate care. What You'll Do5
- 1Build patient care plans and monitor outcomes to improve dialysis effectiveness
- 2Supervise clinical staff including PCTs and ensure consistent application of care protocols
- 3Coordinate safe, compassionate dialysis delivery and patient safety measures
- 4Guide ongoing patient and family communication to support care decisions
- 5Lead a fast paced clinic team to deliver high quality dialysis services
Requirements5
- 1Current RN license and CPR certification
- 218+ months RN experience including 6+ months dialysis
- 3ADN required; BSN preferred
- 4CNN/CDN certification a plus
- 5Basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook)
