What You'll Do8
- 1Deliver dialysis treatments and monitor patient status using Dialysis equipment
- 2Assess, troubleshoot, and respond to clinical situations in real time
- 3Educate patients on dialysis procedures and build supportive relationships
- 4Collaborate with the care team to ensure coordinated patient care
- 5Document patient responses and adjust treatments per protocols
- 6Support new patients through their first dialysis sessions
- 7Ensure compliance with safety and infection control standards
- 8Participate in quality improvement initiatives for patient outcomes
Requirements5
- 1Current RN license in state of practice
- 2CPR certification and basic EKG interpretation
- 32+ years experience with acutely ill patients (ICU, ER, Med/Surg preferred)
- 4Strong assessment, time management, and communication skills
- 5CNN certification a plus
