What You'll Do11
- 1Ensure patient paperwork completion and insurance verification before tests and immunotherapy
- 2Track patient compliance and follow up for timely medication pickup
- 3Educate patients on administering injections
- 4Administer injections and facilitate billing processes
- 5Build rapport with providers and office staff
- 6Develop understanding of ASA product categories
- 7Understand features and benefits of all patient products
- 8Ensure immunotherapy effectiveness through quality testing and medication preparation
- 9Implement strategic goals for clinic productivity
- 10Maintain inventory security and order supplies timely
- 11Demonstrate strong computer skills in Windows environment
Requirements11
- 1Minimum Associate Degree requirement
- 2Completion of required training programs
- 3Work experience in health-related environment
- 4Strong computer skills including productivity software and ASA database
- 5Allergy experience preferred
- 6Bilingual Spanish English ability
