Client Services Specialist, ACA Reporting & Compliance
Overview
You own client relationships and project management for annual ACA reporting, serving as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients. You work with Lumelight's compliance team to ensure accurate, on-time filings. This remote role blends operational rigor with client-facing communication, and you thrive on problem-solving in a fast-moving compliance environment.
What You'll Do8
- 1Build trust as the main contact for assigned clients, coordinating every step of ACA reporting from data collection to final filing.
- 2Drive project timelines, proactively initiating communications to keep clients engaged and informed.
- 3Collect and validate data for accuracy, catching errors before they become compliance issues.
- 4Troubleshoot client concerns, resolving issues swiftly to maintain high satisfaction.
- 5Analyze reporting metrics to flag risks and improve delivery.
- 6Maintain working knowledge of ACA regulations and updates, applying them to each client's case.
- 7Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- 8Perform quality checks on ACA filings to guarantee compliance and accuracy.
Requirements8
- 12+ years in a client-facing role with consistent customer service excellence.
- 2College degree or equivalent work experience.
- 3Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for data management.
- 4Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- 5Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- 6Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
- 7Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- 8Prior experience with CRM, HRIS, or ERP systems is a plus.
