What You'll Do5
- 1Serve as a direct liaison between clients and customers by conducting captivating product presentations and demonstrations
- 2Adhere to both company and client compliance requirements while representing the brand professionally
- 3Conduct market research to understand customer needs and optimize sales strategies
- 4Present sales metrics and customer feedback directly to clients and senior management to identify opportunities
- 5Clearly explain product features and benefits to customers ensuring personalized needs are met
Requirements6
- 10-3 years of experience in Client Services Customer Support Sales or related fields is highly desirable
- 2Minimum of an Associate’s degree is preferred but not required
- 3Leadership or management experience is a plus for entry-level roles with full training provided
- 4Strong time management and organizational skills
- 5Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- 6Comfortable meeting directly with clients and customers
