Overview
The Client Service Manager II leads service operations for mid-market advisory firms within Fidelity's Preferred segment. You will manage relationships with 20–25 firms while collaborating with internal teams to drive efficiency and client satisfaction. Requirements11
- 15+ years of operations experience in financial services
- 2Series 7 certification required
- 3Working knowledge of custody brokerage systems
- 4Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5Proven leadership abilities in fast-paced environments
- 6Strong analytical skills with problem-solving focus
- 7Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities
- 8Experience with Microsoft Office Suite at intermediate to advanced level
