- 3Scan and index applicant documents into Yardi or RealPage by end of each business day
- 4Run weekly audits on move-in and move-out packets to catch missing forms
- 5Prepare resident files for annual HUD and LIHTC inspections
- 6Collaborate with leasing agents to fix incomplete applications before approval
- 7Track lease expiration dates and notify management of upcoming renewals
Requirements6
- 11-2 years of clerical or administrative experience in property management
- 2Working knowledge of Yardi or RealPage rent roll systems
- 3High school diploma or equivalent
- 4Familiarity with HUD and LIHTC compliance forms
- 560+ WPM typing speed and strong attention to detail
- 6Must pass a background check and drug screen
