The One-to-One Aide supports teachers in delivering IEP services while maintaining a supportive atmosphere. This role involves supervising a specific student and collaborating with the IEP Team. What You'll Do9
- 1Maintain a safe learning environment within Arrow Center for Education policies
- 2Supervise student behavior during classroom and school activities
- 3Provide individualized instruction using diverse teaching strategies
- 4Assist teachers with documentation including attendance and progress reports
- 5Support transportation needs and participate in community-based activities
- 6Participate in treatment team meetings and share mission with staff and families
- 7Review client files quarterly to evaluate service plans and outcomes
- 8Drive vehicles and complete company vehicle training as needed
- 9Share Arrow Child & Family Ministries values through communication and actions
Requirements5
- 1High School diploma or GED with one year experience working with children and families preferably in schools
- 25+ years experience building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 3AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification
- 4Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with students and families
- 5Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Salary Insight
$40 - $48k per year
