What You'll Do6
- 1Manage full caseload from intake to trial or resolution
- 2Conduct and defend depositions of experts key witnesses corporate representatives plaintiffs
- 3Draft and argue dispositive motions and substantive pre-trial motions
- 4Serve as first-second chair in trials arbitrations administrative hearings
- 5Direct client management including risk evaluation and strategy development
- 6Collaborate with team to achieve clear partnership path
Requirements7
- 1Juris Doctor from accredited law school
- 24-10 years substantive civil litigation experience defense preferred
- 3Active Nevada State Bar license
- 4Proven expert deposition and court appearance skills
- 5Strong legal analysis writing and oral advocacy abilities
- 6Interest in civil litigation insurance defense or public entity work
- 7Self-motivated team player thriving in collaborative trial environment
Salary Insight
$180 - $225k per year
