Coordinate and oversee city route schedules and delivery specialists for hub stores. Ensure accurate order processing and timely deliveries while maintaining organized delivery areas. Monitor hub systems to improve efficiency and productivity.
What You'll Do11
- 1Serve as contact person for city delivery service
- 2Receive orders from stores via phone or invoice
- 3Ensure parts are pulled and ready for delivery by scheduled time
- 4Maintain organized city delivery area divided into bins for each spoke store
- 5Monitor hub system and routes for efficiency improvements
- 6Communicate recommendations to store managers
- 7Track daily mileage for all vehicles in asset management
- 8Research unscheduled parts deliveries and adjust billing accordingly
- 9Work with store managers to maintain vehicle inspections
- 10Provide input on delivery specialists’ performance for evaluations
- 11Ensure compliance with company policies regarding clocking in and out

- 1Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- 2Familiar with automotive parts
- 3Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle
- 4Fluency in multiple languages Spanish
- 55+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
