Chiropractic Assistant, Front Desk & Patient Care
Overview
You'll own the front desk and patient flow at a high-volume chiropractic clinic in Seattle. You'll be the first and last impression for every patient, guiding them from check-in to check-out. You'll manage scheduling, X-rays, and nervous system scans, working directly with the doctor to ensure smooth operations. This role offers paid training for X-ray Technician certification and free chiropractic care for you and your family.
What You'll Do7
- 1Guide new patients through their Welcome Visit and orient them to the office
- 2Manage appointments in online scheduling software and control patient flow
- 3Prepare, take, and upload X-rays while maintaining patient safety
- 4Perform nervous system scans and document results accurately
- 5Teach patients exercises and set them up in traction per doctor's instructions
- 6Process payments and handle insurance billing with accuracy
- 7Support community outreach events to promote clinic visibility
