CHHA CNA Position at Mira Vie East Brunswick - Part Time Per Diem
Overview
The CHHA or CNA will provide direct resident care at Mira Vie East Brunswick, supporting residents to their highest level of functioning within facility standards and regulations. You will work as part of a collaborative team to maintain safe, clean living environments and deliver quality services. This role offers part-time and per diem options with growth opportunities in a supportive culture. What You'll Do10
- 1Build rapport with residents and families to support individualized care plans
- 2Document care details and changes in resident status in a timely manner
- 3Assist residents with personal care and meal preparation and setup
- 4Perform vital signs and other routine measurements as directed
- 5Conduct room checks and maintain neat, clean apartments
- 6Execute clinical procedures per facility standards and scope of practice
- 7Assist with mobility, transfers, bathing, grooming, and activities of daily living
- 8Contribute to infection control practices and safety procedures
- 9Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and care plan reviews
- 10Support quality assurance initiatives and regulatory compliance
Requirements6
- 1High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2Six months of caregiving experience
- 3CNA or HHA certification
- 4Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
- 5Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 6Ability to communicate effectively in person and over the phone
