Cherry Picker Operator, Warehouse Order Fulfillment
Overview
You will own order fulfillment for a reputable Charlotte warehouse, pulling and preparing orders with a Cherry Picker at a rate of $18-$19/hour. You will work Monday-Friday on either a 7:00am-3:30pm or 4:30pm-1:00am shift, with occasional Saturdays. The team values safety and inventory accuracy, and you will report to a supervisor who expects self-motivated operators to keep the warehouse running smoothly. What You'll Do8
- 1Pull and prepare orders for customer pickup or delivery, including loading and unloading trucks with a Cherry Picker.
- 2Manage inventory to minimize damage and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- 3Organize and maintain bin locations for optimal warehouse flow.
- 4Conduct regular safety checks on Cherry Picker equipment to ensure functionality.
- 5Support efficient truck loading for timely deliveries.
- 6Comply with health and safety regulations at all times.
- 7Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- 8Oversee equipment maintenance and report issues promptly.
Requirements8
- 12+ years of stand-up Cherry Picker experience.
- 2Reach Truck experience is a plus.
- 3Self-motivated with strong initiative and proactive approach.
- 4Professional written and verbal communication with coworkers and clients.
- 5Able to lift up to 60 lbs frequently.
- 6Strong problem-solving and task prioritization skills.
- 7Skilled at multitasking, conveying accurate information, and delivering prompt solutions.
- 8High school diploma or equivalent.
