Requirements8
- 15+ years experience in neonatal intensive care units
- 2AZ American Heart Association certification with Basic Life Support and Neonatal Resuscitation Program
- 3Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree preferred
- 4Two years of registered nurse experience in critical care settings
- 5Proven ability to lead teams and resolve complex challenges
- 6Strong communication skills for delivering difficult conversations
- 7Familiarity with EMR systems and data analytics tools
- 8Commitment to lifelong learning and professional development
