What You'll Do9
- 1Design and implement neonatal care plans for infants under 28 days old
- 2Manage ventilator settings using Spark and Airflow platforms
- 3Conduct daily assessments and document patient progress accurately
- 4Train staff on HIE management protocols
- 5Administer surfactant therapy to neonates requiring respiratory support
- 6Insert and maintain PICC lines for long term medication delivery
- 7Maintain sterile environments and follow infection control guidelines
- 8Collaborate with physicians to develop treatment strategies
- 9Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and documentation requirements
Requirements9
- 15+ years experience in Level III/IV NICU roles
- 22 years managing HIE cases
- 31 year surfactant administration experience
- 41 year PICC line management proficiency
- 5Active Texas RN or Compact license
- 6Certified in Neonatal Resuscitation Program
- 7BLS – AHA certification required
- 8Knowledge of AWS infrastructure for health data systems
- 9Familiarity with Kubernetes for healthcare applications
