Channel Operations Account Manager - Meta
Overview
Own operational execution of Meta Reality Labs products across retail and distribution partners. Manage order-to-cash cycle and drive CPFR while using AI tools to improve speed accuracy and scalability. Reports to regional Channel Operations Manager within Fl global team. Work with retail partners distributors and cross-functional teams spanning sales logistics planning and finance. This role drives AI-first solutions translating business needs into automated workflows.
What You'll Do14
- 1Channel Operations Own the bottom-up sell-in plan for assigned accounts and products
- 2Provide weekly partner communication regarding supply allocations order confirmations and tracking
- 3Lead CPFR analysis aligning retailer demand with available supply ensuring data accuracy in tools
- 4Manage and optimize channel inventory placement and in-stock levels against KPIs such as WoS In-Stock % OTIF and OTD
- 5Serve as operational escalation point for assigned accounts
- 6Support onboarding of new partners and ensure all systems are updated for transacting business
- 7Deliver regular and ad-hoc reporting as required
- 8Participate in partner meetings with Sales teams as needed
- 9Lead designated operational projects and initiatives
- 10Identify manual repetitive processes and build AI-assisted solutions to reduce time-to-output
- 11Use AI tools to automate reporting data extraction partner updates and analysis where it adds value
- 12Translate operational requirements into structured prompts automations and workflows bridging what we need and what AI can do
- 13Assess new AI features and recommend adoption where applicable
- 14Share learnings with wider team to drive collective capability
Requirements16
- 15+ years in supply chain operations understanding inventory allocation orders fulfillment and distributor retail partner workflows
- 2Proven AI proficiency using enterprise AI tools to complete tasks effectively
- 3Ability to translate business problems into AI solutions knowing when AI adds value
- 4ERP experience with Oracle SAP or equivalent order management systems
- 5Strong Excel and reporting skills comfortable with data analysis and presenting findings
- 6Experience communicating operational updates and recommendations to cross-functional audiences including sales engineering retail partners and 3PL vendors
- 7Adaptability thriving in fast-paced environments with changing priorities and new tools
- 8Experience adhering to responsible ethical AI practices including risk assessment bias mitigation and quality reviews
- 9Track record of improving operational efficiency through technology or process redesign
- 10Ongoing AI skill development demonstrated through prompt/context engineering and agent orchestration
- 11Familiarity with KPIs such as Weeks of Supply OTIF On-Time Delivery and forecast accuracy
- 12Experience with CPFR demand planning or inventory management in consumer electronics or retail
- 13Ability to integrate AI tools to optimize workflows and drive measurable impact
- 14Bachelor's degree in Business Supply Chain Engineering or related field
- 15Experience building workflows or automations on AI platforms
- 16Multi-channel fulfillment experience across direct distributor and retail partner networks
