Change Implementation Manager, Treasury & Payments
Overview
Manage large-scale product changes for a Financial Services client, owning the end-to-end implementation of treasury and global payments initiatives. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless rollout and adoption. You will drive change management strategy, assess impact, and deliver measurable business outcomes. This hybrid role offers a 12-month contract with possible extension and conversion for exceptional performance.
What You'll Do7
- 1Define and execute change management strategies for treasury and payments product launches, focusing on stakeholder readiness and adoption.
- 2Partner with product and technology teams to align implementation milestones with business goals.
- 3Develop and deliver communication plans for internal and external stakeholders, including training and support materials.
- 4Track and report on implementation progress, identifying risks and mitigation plans.
- 5Facilitate workshops and feedback sessions to capture requirements and refine change approaches.
- 6Collaborate with operations and support teams to ensure post-launch stability and user acceptance.
- 7Measure adoption metrics and iteratively improve change delivery processes.
Requirements6
- 15+ years experience in large-scale change management or business transformation, preferably in financial services.
- 2Proven track record implementing Treasury and Global Payments solutions.
- 33+ years experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA or similar project tools.
- 4Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels.
- 5Experience with SAP or Oracle Treasury modules is a plus.
- 6Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; PMP or Prosci certification preferred.

$77 - $83k per year
