Change Implementation Consultant, Revenue Management Transformation
Overview
You will own the rollout of strategic pricing capabilities across a Global Financial Institution's Revenue Management platform. Collaborating with Product, Technology, and Operations, you will drive adoption and minimize revenue leakage. This 12+ month hybrid contract in Charlotte, NC offers a front-row seat to a high-impact transformation.
What You'll Do8
- 1Lead the implementation of pricing strategy changes, ensuring alignment with governance and control standards.
- 2Design and execute a communication plan to drive stakeholder buy-in across Product, Technology, and Operations teams.
- 3Coordinate with Technology to translate business requirements into technical specifications for the Revenue Management platform.
- 4Monitor adoption metrics and adjust rollout strategies to meet adoption targets within the first 90 days.
- 5Partner with Operations to identify and eliminate manual touchpoints, reducing operational risk and revenue leakage.
- 6Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enable teams to use new pricing capabilities effectively.
- 7Track and report on implementation progress, escalating risks and issues to program leadership.
- 8Drive continuous improvement by soliciting feedback and iterating on implementation plans.
Requirements7
- 15+ years managing change or product implementations in financial services or fintech.
- 2Proven track record with pricing or revenue management systems.
- 3Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- 4Excellent stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence at all levels.
- 5Experience with data analysis using Excel or SQL to track adoption and performance.
- 6Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- 7PMP or Prosci certification is a plus.
