What You'll Do11
- 1Provide direct resident care including bathing grooming dressing toileting incontinence care oral hygiene feeding
- 2Measure vitals weight and intake output report to nursing staff
- 3Assist mobility transfers using proper body mechanics and lift equipment
- 4Respond to call lights and report observations to licensed nurses
- 5Maintain accurate documentation follow infection control guidelines provide emotional support
- 6Modify behavior based on resident responses
- 7Contribute to MDS assessments and care plans
- 8Promote independent living through adaptive strategies
- 9Assist with prosthetic device use and range of motion maintenance
- 10Care for dementia patients manage behaviors using intervention techniques
- 11Perform non-resident duties such as cleaning and wheelchair transport
Requirements6
- 1High school graduate or GED certificate
- 2Current CNA license with state registration
- 3Minimum 5+ years experience with Spark and Airflow
- 4Proficiency in medical terminology and computer skills
- 5Background check clearance
- 6Ability to work in a fast paced environment
