Overview
Join Avante Skilled Nursing Facility as a Certified Nursing Assistant. Own direct care duties under licensed staff and support resident well being. Work full or part time 7-3 shift diff available.
What You'll Do9
- 1Deliver daily direct care to residents under supervision
- 2Maintain positive physical social and psychological environment
- 3Assist with activities of daily living and personal hygiene
- 4Document patient observations accurately
- 5Communicate changes in resident condition to nursing supervisors
- 6Participate in interdisciplinary care planning meetings
- 7Support family members during care transitions
- 8Follow facility protocols for infection control and safety
- 9Contribute to a collaborative work environment through active participation
Requirements9
- 1Valid CNA license in good standing
- 2Age 18 years or older
- 3High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 4Ability to read and write in English
- 5Completion of state approved CNA training program
- 6Background screening clearance through AHCA
- 7Positive attitude toward elderly patients
- 8Eligibility for law enforcement clearance
- 9Experience with medical terminology and patient communication
