What You'll Do11
- 1Own daily patient flow and ensure efficient treatment room utilization
- 2Perform clinical intake including screenings history taking vitals and medication reconciliation
- 3Administer medications and educate patients on treatment plans
- 4Manage office inventory and maintain functional medical equipment
- 5Document results accurately in electronic health records
- 6Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide coordinated care
- 7Support staff by assisting patients visitors and coworkers
- 8Stay current with healthcare policies and regulatory compliance
- 9Drive process improvements to enhance patient experience
- 10Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and patient information
- 11Adapt to fast-paced environment using stress management techniques
Requirements9
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2American Association Medical Assistants CMA OR Clinical Medical Assistant Certification CMAC OR Registered Medical Assistant RMA OR National Certified Medical Assistant NCMA
- 3Basic Life Support CPR Cert BLS
- 4High School Graduate or equivalent
- 51+ year relevant work experience preferred
- 6Physical stamina to stand and move throughout shift
- 7Strong communication skills in English
- 8Proficiency with medical software and computer systems
- 9Background screening clearance as required by Florida law
