What You'll Do11
- 1Perform diagnostic investigations and service vehicles to ensure roadworthiness

- 7Lead apprentices in proper service protocols and documentation practices
- 8Complete required safety training and certification programs
- 9Attend night or weekend classes to enhance qualifications
- 10Operate arc welding equipment for minor repairs and modifications
- 11File comprehensive reports on vehicle assessments and repairs
Requirements11
- 1Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent
- 2Current Certificate of Qualification in Automotive Service Technician or Truck and Coach Technician
- 3Two years of relevant experience beyond initial certification
- 4Valid Class D Driver’s License with Z endorsement
- 5Ability to work all three shifts including nights
- 6Familiarity with provincial safety legislation and corporate policies
- 7Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- 8Willingness to complete additional certifications as needed
- 9Physical stamina for demanding work conditions
- 10Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- 11Experience with ICE-P/ICE-NG certification preferred
