- 3Analyze live data to identify root causes of mechanical and electrical failures
- 4Perform advanced diagnostics and complex wiring repairs
- 5Lead technical guidance for apprentice level technicians
- 6Mentor and train Level 1 and Level 2 technicians
- 7Ensure repairs meet manufacturer specifications and company quality standards
- 8Maintain a clean organized safe work environment
- 9Promote safety accountability and continuous improvement
- 10Assist Service Advisors with technical recommendations and repair explanations
- 11Coordinate workflow to maximize shop productivity and efficiency
Requirements8
- 1High School Diploma or GED required
- 2Vocational or technical automotive training preferred
- 37+ years of professional automotive repair experience
- 4ASE Master Technician Certification preferred
- 5Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- 6Strong communication leadership and organizational skills
- 7Commitment to quality workmanship safety and customer satisfaction
- 8Ability to lead by example while supporting fellow technicians
