What You'll Do8
- 1Develop and implement strategic plans that advance our mission and drive measurable growth across 6400, 6500, and IHCS services.
- 2Oversee daily operations to ensure the highest quality of care, compliance with home healthcare regulations, and client satisfaction.
- 3Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, regulatory agencies, and community partners to strengthen our network.
- 4Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of healthcare professionals to achieve clinical and operational goals.
- 5Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation, to ensure sustainable growth.
- 6Identify and pursue new business opportunities that expand our services and reach within the community.

Requirements8
- 15+ years of experience in the IDD sector with a proven track record in healthcare leadership
- 2Strong understanding of home healthcare regulations and best practices, including 6400 and 6500 certifications
- 3Master's degree in healthcare administration or business (preferred)
- 4Demonstrated ability to drive operational efficiency and improve patient outcomes
- 5Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement
- 6Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and driving profitability
