Overview
You will lead a KinderCare center in Boston, owning enrollment growth, team development, and daily operations. As the face of the center, you will build family trust and community presence. What You'll Do8

Requirements8
- 1Hold a valid Director's Credential from Massachusetts.
- 21+ years leading a childcare or early education center.
- 3Excel in coaching and motivating teams, with a track record of staff retention.
- 4Communicate clearly with families, staff, and regulators in English.
- 5Manage multiple priorities in a dynamic center environment.
- 6Use basic computer skills for Microsoft Office and center management software.
- 7Work on-site daily and handle physical tasks like lifting children.
- 8Meet state licensing and qualification standards for MA.
