Overview
Lead end-to-end strategy for a defined indication within AstraZeneca's Cell Therapy Enterprise. Drive global commercial and strategic initiatives across therapeutic areas while partnering with Clinical and Commercial teams. Shape sustainable brands and manage PH3ID forecasts. Create future-proofed strategies and differentiate early assets. This is a high-impact leadership position reporting to the VP.
What You'll Do17
- 1Deliver end-to-end Strategy including clear understanding of unmet needs and indication-level strategic vision
- 2Develop comprehensive development strategy with global Clinical and ClinOps within respective TAs
- 3Manage competitive intelligence and market insights for business framing
- 4Oversee development integration of competitive intelligence and analytics
- 5Generate insights for R&D and commercial activities
- 6Shape future-proofed strategies and deliver differentiated brands
- 7Responsible for PH3ID forecast robustness and transparency
- 8Build referral capabilities linking disease areas to Cell Therapy delivery centers
- 9Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute global strategy
- 10Provide strategic counseling to senior leadership on clinical and commercial matters
- 11Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop disease area strategy content
- 12Offer strategic advice by synthesizing insights from diverse sources
- 13Create evidence bank from real-world data sources for forecasts
- 14Develop Cell Therapy strategy within an indication
- 15Partner with Global Commercial and Medical Affairs leadership
- 16Ensure execution of global strategy across regions
- 17Provide counsel to Global Clinical Strategy Head and other senior leaders

- 1BA/BS with 10 years life sciences consulting OR MS/MBA with 8+ years life sciences consulting OR PhD/MD with 5+ years life sciences consulting
