What You'll Do9
- 1Operate tractor-trailer units to transport freight within your assigned zone.
- 2Execute route driving schedules, meeting delivery windows across the zone.
- 3Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- 4Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, routes, and cargo using ELD.
- 5Communicate with dispatchers about delays or issues, using satellite communication.
- 6Follow all safety regulations and company policies, including DOT rules.
- 7Secure cargo properly with straps and chains for no-touch freight.
- 8Complete paperwork and digital records for each delivery.
- 9Build teamwork with dispatchers and fellow drivers to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements9
- 1Valid Class A CDL required; no learner's permits or temporary licenses.
