Overview
Class A drivers own a dedicated route covering PA, VA, NJ, MD, SC, NC, NY, and CT with all no-touch freight. Earn $85K/Yr plus a $5K sign-on bonus, with pay at $.80CPM, $30/stop, and $25/hr for detention. What You'll Do9
- 1Run dedicated lanes across PA, VA, NJ, MD, SC, NC, NY, and CT with all no-touch freight.
- 2Handle a mix of drop and hook and live unload deliveries.
- 3Drive nights as required by the route schedule.
- 4Maintain a minimum 34-hour reset with your choice of Sunday-Friday or Monday-Saturday.
- 5Log hours accurately and follow DOT regulations.
- 6Inspect and operate newer model Class A trucks safely.
- 7Meet weekly mileage and stop targets to average $1600-$1700+/WK.
- 8Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections each shift.
- 9Communicate with dispatch on delivery status and issues.
Requirements8
- 16 months recent Class A experience or 1 year of Class A in the last 3 years.
- 2No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years.
- 3No DOT preventable accidents in the last 1 year and no more than 2 DOT preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
- 4No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years.
- 5No felonies in the last 10 years, no misdemeanors in the last 5 years, and no DUIs in the last 5 years (no felonious DUI in the last 10 years).
- 6Pass a urine drug test.
- 7Willing to drive at night.
- 8Valid CDL A license.
