What You'll Do8
- 1Drive FedEx Ground freight as a team, covering 4,500–5,500+ miles weekly.
- 2Operate doubles trailers and 53' equipment safely across assigned routes.
- 3Maintain a clean driving record and comply with all federal and company safety regulations.
- 4Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections, reporting any issues to dispatch.
- 5Handle drop and hook freight with no touch, ensuring on-time deliveries.
- 6Communicate with dispatch daily, providing status updates and route changes.
- 7Secure cargo and verify load integrity before departure.
- 8Coordinate with your teammate for seamless handoffs and efficient driving schedule.
Requirements5
- 11+ year of verifiable tractor trailer experience or completion of a FedEx approved truck driving school.
- 2Valid CDL A license with doubles/triples endorsement.
- 321 years or older.
- 4Clean driving record and ability to pass pre-employment drug and background screening.
- 5Team driving availability; solo drivers willing to be paired are welcome.
