What You'll Do10
- 1Drive CDL-A Reefer routes at night within 600 miles of Roanoke, TX
- 2Handle 3-5 loads per week with 2-4 stop-offs per load as scheduled
- 3Maintain safe operation of refrigerated trailers and comply with all regulations
- 4Ensure on-time delivery and accurate logging for no-touch freight
- 5Utilize company-provided technology and equipment to optimize routes and performance
- 6Receive weekly paychecks reflecting mileage and on-duty earnings
- 7Adhere to company safety policies and participate in orientation and training as needed
- 8Maintain professional communication with customers and Schneider operations
- 9Participate in performance-based bonuses and company-matched 401(k) plan
- 10Engage in ongoing learning about driver benefits and available accommodations or military programs
Requirements9
- 1Valid CDL with Class A designation
- 2Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience
- 3Ability to drive at night and be within 60 miles of Roanoke, TX
- 4Live within commuting distance to Roanoke, TX
- 5Must be able to perform night-time routes and maintain safe driving records
- 6Willingness to work a consistent schedule with defined home time
- 7Must pass pre-employment testing and background checks
- 8Eligible to participate in E-Verify per company policy
- 9Able to lift or move freight as needed during inspection and check-in
