What You'll Do9
- 1Complete 4-6 weeks of paid on-the-road training with certified trainers, mastering safe operation, trip planning, DOT compliance, and effective communication.

- 3Run routes covering 2,500-3,000 miles weekly, maintaining on-time delivery and adherence to all safety regulations.
- 4Operate late-model tractors equipped with modern safety technology, reporting any equipment issues promptly.
- 5Maintain DOT physical and drug testing compliance, including pre-employment and random screenings.
- 6Communicate with dispatch and support teams to coordinate trip planning and ensure efficient, safe deliveries.
- 7Follow FMCSA and USDOT regulations, ensuring strict compliance with all federal transportation and safety requirements.
- 8Document hours of service and trip records accurately using electronic logging devices (ELDs).
- 9Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to advance into higher-earning positions.
