What You'll Do11
- 1Establish and improve catering operations and coordinate banquet sales and repeat referrals
- 2Lead by example and work holidays as needed
- 3Meet quarterly with catering director to review performance and future obligations
- 4Assist in overseeing financially successful catering program aligned with budgeted goals
- 5Attend and manage events to secure client relationships and generate new leads
- 6Annually support competitive menu comparisons for clients
- 7Collaborate daily with banquet chef and operations team to follow policies
- 8Create welcoming environment for team members
- 9Budget forecast and control costs for consistent financial results
- 10Maintain relationships with department heads and ownership
- 11Update client-facing documents and collaborate with C.S.D.
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Strong food service management and kitchen oversight
- 3Supervisory experience focusing on team leadership
- 4Familiarity with inventory control and food preparation
- 5Background in banquet and casual dining service
- 6Knowledge of fine dining service practices
- 7Ability to commute to Horsham PA
- 8Relocation required to Horsham PA
- 9Proven experience in hospitality
