Overview
You will own overnight casino guest retention and development at MGM Resorts' flagship property, analyzing player activity to issue comps, rooms, and event tickets. You work with the Casino Marketing team and property personnel to deliver personalized experiences that drive loyalty. This role blends data-driven decision-making with hands-on guest interaction, supporting high-value customers during the overnight shift. You'll also resolve disputes and ensure compliance with Title 31 procedures, making an immediate impact on guest satisfaction.
What You'll Do8
- 1Evaluate player activity to determine comp eligibility, approving rooms, meals, event tickets, promotional chips, free play, and airfare within your authority
- 2Manage guest reservations using the hotel's software systems, coordinating with Casino Marketing and property teams to fulfill in-house customer needs
- 3Resolve customer disputes and complaints, balancing guest satisfaction with company policy and financial controls
- 4Attend special events and quarterly Receivable Meetings, updating Corporate Finance on player receivables and engagement
- 5Safeguard guest data by following privacy policies and completing all mandatory compliance training
- 6Ensure all actions comply with local regulations and Title 31 anti-money laundering requirements
- 7Support customer development by identifying high-potential players and recommending tailored incentives
- 8Collaborate with the overnight team to maintain a seamless guest experience across all casino touchpoints
Requirements8
- 13+ years of prior experience in hospitality, casino marketing, or a related field
- 2Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
- 3Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4Strong analytical skills to assess player value and comp decisions
- 5Excellent communication and customer service skills
- 6Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
- 7Familiarity with hotel and casino management software
- 8Knowledge of Title 31 compliance and responsible gaming practices
