What You'll Do10
- 1Greet every customer with a smile and run the register with accuracy and speed across POS systems
- 2Master compliance for lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales, including age verification and legal protocols
- 3Upsell products naturally to boost average transaction value
- 4Deep clean high-use restrooms, sanitize gas pumps, and clear litter from the parking lot and pump area
- 5Take out trash to the dumpster regardless of weather conditions
- 6Stock shelves, coolers, and displays to maintain full, fresh merchandise
- 7Sweep, mop, clean windows, and maintain entryways for a polished storefront
- 8Cross-train in deli operations and step in to support other departments as needed
- 9Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and E-Verify requirements
- 10Support team members wherever needed to keep the store running smoothly
Requirements11
- 118+ years old
- 2Available to work weekends and holidays
- 3Stand for most of your shift, with frequent movement indoors and outdoors
- 4Comfortable working in all weather conditions
- 5Effective communication in English
- 6Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, division, multiplication
- 7Physical ability to lift 10 lbs frequently and 50 lbs occasionally
- 8Pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
- 9Friendly, positive attitude with a knack for customer service
- 10Detail-oriented and reliable, with a strong work ethic
- 11Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
