What You'll Do11
- 1Process point of sale transactions and accept various payment methods
- 2Collect cash donations from customers at checkout
- 3Set product prices based on merchandise type and markings
- 4Complete daily closing procedures as needed
- 5Maintain consistent attendance and greet customers upon entry
- 6Follow floorwork and PPM standards to keep the store tidy
- 7Stock merchandise according to assigned areas
- 8Use internal phone systems for scheduled announcements
- 9Model Goodwill Core Values through trust collaboration engagement ownership and innovation
- 10Perform additional related duties as directed
- 11Ensure a clean safe environment for shoppers and staff
Requirements8
- 1High school diploma or equivalent experience
- 2Strong customer service abilities
- 3Excellent math skills preferred
- 4Proficient English communication reading writing
- 5Minimum age 18 years
- 6Pass background check and drug screening when required
- 7Ability to read and speak English proficiently
