Overview
Full Time Benefits Eligible. The Case Manager Assistant supports Case Managers with patient-related tasks and clinical interventions. Assists patients families and others seeking assistance from the Case Management & Social Work Services Department who are not currently receiving services from another staff member. May also perform office-related tasks such as supporting special medication fund programs updating resources issuing Medicare Important Message to patients.

- 11Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulations
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading teams in healthcare settings
- 3Associates degree in a relevant field
- 4CPC Card certification preferred
- 5Strong verbal and written communication skills
- 6Ability to read write and speak English fluently
- 7Critical thinking and problem solving abilities
- 8Excellent organizational skills
- 9Proven ability to multitask under pressure
- 10Flexible attitude toward varying shift schedules
- 11Experience with healthcare software platforms
