What You'll Do12
- 1Perform preventative maintenance inspections on carrier systems and related production equipment
- 2Diagnose and complete manual repairs to maintain safe and reliable equipment operation
- 3Inspect repair and maintain carrier system components such as hangers dollies and associated equipment
- 4Troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime and support production efficiency
- 5Complete general equipment repairs using standard hand tools and maintenance practices
- 6Perform routine facility and equipment upkeep as assigned by management
- 7Maintain accurate inspections and maintenance activities in accordance with company procedures
- 8Support maintenance projects at temporary field locations when business needs require
- 9Identify potential equipment concerns and communicate repair recommendations to supervisors
- 10Follow all company safety policies PPE requirements and customer site procedures
- 11Maintain a professional appearance and represent MPW positively at customer locations
- 12Work collaboratively with supervisors and operations teams to ensure maintenance priorities are completed efficiently
Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or equivalent; industrial or vocational trade specialization preferred
- 2One to two years of technical school or related maintenance experience preferred
- 3Experience in equipment maintenance manufacturing or an industrial environment preferred
- 4Working knowledge of basic hand tools and general mechanical repair techniques
- 5Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- 6Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
- 7Physical stamina for manual labor throughout the workday while maintaining fitness for duty
- 8Capacity to work in confined spaces and wear respiratory protection when exposed to chemicals fumes or similar conditions
- 9Flexibility to travel to customer locations for extended periods and accommodate nonstandard work schedules
- 105+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
