What You'll Do9
- 1Administer medication reminders to clients per care plan schedules.
- 2Assist clients with ambulation and mobility inside the home and to outside appointments.
- 3Support personal care and hygiene routines, including bathing and grooming.
- 4Guide clients through physical therapy and recommended exercises.
- 5Accompany clients on shopping trips or run errands as needed.
- 6Perform light housekeeping and prepare meals respecting dietary restrictions.
- 7Report unusual incidents to the Care Coordinator promptly.
- 8Respond quickly and responsibly to emergencies following health and safety protocols.
- 9Follow each client's care plan accurately during every shift.
Requirements9
- 11+ years of previous home care experience.
- 2Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- 3High school diploma or equivalent.
- 4Knowledge of housekeeping and cooking with attention to dietary needs.
- 5Physical endurance to lift and assist clients with mobility tasks.
- 6Compassionate and respectful bedside manner.
- 7Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- 8Must be reliable and willing to work full-time or part-time.
