Overview
Own the daily quality of life for seniors across Howard County and Anne Arundel County. As a Caregiver on a growing team, you will start at $18/hr and earn up to $23/hr through a clear career ladder. What You'll Do7
- 1Assist seniors with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- 2Provide companionship and emotional support during visits and outings.
- 3Prepare meals according to dietary needs and assist with feeding when required.
- 4Perform light housekeeping to keep the client's home safe and clean.
- 5Accompany clients to medical appointments and social engagements.
- 6Document care provided and report any changes to the office team.
- 7Build trust with clients and families through consistent, compassionate care.
Requirements6
- 11+ year of caregiving experience preferred but not required.
- 2Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- 3Ability to pass a background check.
- 4CPR and First Aid certification preferred (or obtain within first 90 days).
- 5High school diploma or equivalent.
- 6Must be willing to work weekends and overnights as assigned.
