What You'll Do5
- 1Build trusting relationships with participants to support daily living and community participation
- 2Assist with personal hygiene and monitor health and safety needs
- 3Help participants achieve developmental goals around budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
- 4Coordinate with supervisors and care teams to ensure consistent, compassionate support
- 5Offer patient, reliable, and adaptable care while maintaining documentation and communication about progress
Requirements5
- 1High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
- 3Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with insurance
- 4Strong communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, and time-management skills
- 5Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible behaviors
