Overview
Day shift registered nurse leading ambulatory care for patients at Einstein Main Campus. Responsible for delivering patient-centered care while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.

- 1Own and execute comprehensive cardiac assessments using evidence-based protocols
- 2Design and implement personalized care plans aligned with patient preferences
- 3Lead telehealth consultations and coordinate follow-up care for chronic conditions
- 4Utilize EMR systems to document patient interactions and track clinical outcomes
- 5Collaborate with physicians to develop and modify clinical pathways
- 6Provide patient education on medication management and lifestyle modifications
- 7Perform immunizations and manage pre-authorization processes
- 8Analyze care data to identify trends and recommend process improvements
- 9Supervise clinical documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
- 10Participate in quality improvement committees and evidence-based practice initiatives
- 11Foster inclusive environment supporting diverse patient populations
Requirements11
- 1Current RN licensure in Pennsylvania with active registration
- 2Minimum 1 year ambulatory care nursing experience
- 3Valid BSN or equivalent clinical experience
- 4AHA BLS certification
- 55+ years managing complex patient cases
- 6Proficiency in electronic health record systems
- 7Strong analytical skills for interpreting clinical data
- 8Certification in ambulatory care nursing preferred
- 9Demonstrated ability to lead collaborative healthcare teams
- 10Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 11Commitment to continuous professional development
