What You'll Do11

  • 3Drive HR functions including faculty recruitment and performance management
  • 4Oversee facilities management and resource allocation
  • 5Manage grant administration and sponsored research programs
  • 6Implement internal controls and ensure compliance with institutional policies
  • 7Lead strategic planning and coordinate with departmental leadership
  • 8Develop capital equipment plans and coordinate renovations
  • 9Advise on research finance and develop long-range planning
  • 10Serve as liaison for development and marketing initiatives
  • 11Coordinate with HR and operations to maintain departmental efficiency

Requirements5

  • 1Bachelor's Degree required with Master's preferred
  • 2Seven years progressive healthcare management experience including three years in management
  • 3Five years progressive healthcare management experience including three years in management with Master's degree
  • 4Successful completion of LEADing Self Accelerate program may substitute for one year management experience
  • 5Experience in academic research environment managing grant administration and faculty affairs preferred

$127 - $223k per year
