Overview
You will own campus recruiting for the LA region, coordinating events and running the full-cycle intern hiring process. You'll manage the ATS, screen candidates, and extend offers to top collegiate talent. You'll partner with national teams to support firmwide college recruiting efforts. What You'll Do8
- 1Coordinate campus recruiting events (career fairs, presentations, interview days) for LA region schools
- 2Manage the ATS to screen and disposition candidates, ensuring a smooth hiring flow
- 3Source candidates from the ATS, social media, professional orgs, and referrals
- 4Co-lead the Summer Intern Program, from onboarding to intern events
- 5Facilitate internal recruiting update meetings with group managers
- 6Research university programs and maintain Kimley-Horn's campus brand
- 7Drive the office interviewing program, including interviewer training and debriefs
- 8Extend offers to interns and collegiate candidates, handling follow-up and compensation questions
Requirements6
- 1Bachelor's Degree required
- 20-2 years of professional work experience, with agency or corporate recruiting preferred
- 3Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- 4Willingness to learn new software applications
- 5Ability to travel ~25% annually, with peak seasons in September-October and February-March
- 6Some national travel may be required for firm-wide trainings
