What You'll Do10
- 1Welcome every guest like they're walking into your home, embodying Warm Latin Hospitality.
- 2Own the showstopper: prepare Tableside Guacamole for guests, a signature part of the experience.
- 3Keep the dining room energy high and seamless: monitor tables, anticipate needs, and clear used dishes promptly.
- 4Clean and turn tables quickly to maintain dining room efficiency and guest flow.
- 5Maintain spotless service stations, sidework areas, and restrooms, following all Health and Sanitation Standards.
- 6Handle glassware, silverware, and plateware with care, minimizing breakage and waste.
- 7Communicate constantly and quietly with management and service staff to ensure coordinated service.
- 8Adopt a 'never walk past a napkin on the floor' mentality, actively scanning for and resolving any mess.
- 9Participate in pre-shifts, trainings, and team meetings to strengthen teamwork and service skills.
- 10Support teammates across roles to keep the service experience seamless and enjoyable for all.
Requirements9
- 11 year of guest service experience preferred
- 2Ability to multi-task while staying organized during busy shifts
- 3Ability to stand for extended periods during a shift
- 4High School Degree or GED required
- 5Open availability including weekends and holidays
- 6Positive, upbeat attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality
- 7Strong teamwork and communication skills
- 8Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds (e.g., trays, bus tubs) as needed
- 9Must be at least 18 years old
