What You'll Do11
- 1Collaborate with product owners stakeholders and end users to gather analyze and document business requirements
- 2Translate business needs into clear user stories acceptance criteria and functional specifications
- 3Support backlog refinement ensuring requirements are well-defined and prioritized
- 4Coordinate day-to-day project activities in Kanban-based workflow managing task flow and WIP limits
- 5Track progress on Kanban board identifying bottlenecks and escalating blockers
- 6Schedule and facilitate stand-ups planning and review sessions capturing meeting notes and action items
- 7Maintain project documentation status reports and dashboards for stakeholders
- 8Act as liaison between business stakeholders and development team ensuring shared understanding
- 9Support QA by clarifying requirements assisting in test case creation and validating delivered features
- 10Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team velocity and quality
- 11Bridge gaps between technical teams and non-technical audiences through effective communication
Requirements7
- 11–5 years experience in business analysis project coordination or related role
- 2Familiarity with Agile Kanban practices and tools such as Jira Trello Azure DevOps
- 3Strong analytical skills translating business problems into clear requirements
- 4Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- 5Highly organized self-motivated individual capable of managing multiple tasks in fast-paced environment
- 6Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business information systems computer science or related field
- 7Preference for experience in rapid continuous delivery software teams
