What You'll Do11

  • 1Investigate and coordinate complex system problems

  • 3Interact with Department of Information Technology staff and external partners
  • 4Authorize migration from development to production environments
  • 5Manage full system development lifecycle projects
  • 6Oversee tools such as Power Platform Nintex Smartsheet and ArcGIS Online
  • 7Develop user manuals and system documentation
  • 8Supervise technical support and training for software users
  • 9Conduct research to inform departmental IT strategy
  • 10Coordinate with countywide steering committees
  • 11Ensure compliance with federal state and local IT security policies

Requirements11

  • 1Bachelor’s degree in business computer science or related field plus four years experience analyzing business processes or maintaining core systems
  • 2Complete criminal background check and child protective services clearance
  • 3Demonstrated ability to solve complex system problems
  • 4Proven experience supporting government IT projects
  • 5Understanding of API integrations and system interoperability
  • 6Experience with Power Platform Power Apps Sharepoint Nintex Workflow Cloud and Smartsheet
  • 7Supervisory experience leading IT professionals
  • 8Strong teamwork and collaborative communication skills
  • 9Bilingual proficiency in English and another language preferred
  • 10Sufficient mobility to attend meetings and present findings
  • 11Ability to work with diverse technical teams
